Returned identity fields are stable OFAC entity number, official name, entity type, programs, and countries. - Aliases, addresses, dates of birth, identity documents, and allegation text are neither returned nor searchable. - A designation is an administrative action, not proof of guilt, criminal conviction, or adjudication. ## Federation query contract - Lanes: all, seiche-summary, seiche-money-markets, seiche-capital-markets, seiche-global-money-atlas, palimpsest-bri, palimpsest-newswire-rights. - Seiche world-market sections preserve upstream schema, status, selection, scope.coverage_claim, clocks, citation, and evidence states. The global money atlas preserves its separate published contract: generated_at, coverage, expansion_scope, methodology, provenance, caveats, and read_faults. - Each Seiche request uses one GET, zero retries, a 15-second deadline covering headers and body, and a 2,000,000-byte response ceiling.
